Do not attempt to scrape, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service, overload its infrastructure, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Market data is subject to the terms of the underlying data providers.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and features may change or be discontinued at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nApps and the authors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. You use SpotTickers entirely at your own risk.
